Although they weren't able to post any team scores last week the Worland Warrior Girls & Boys High School Golf team had quite a few solid individual performances on the links in Riverton last Thursday, April 17. WHS Boys Soccer Coach Ron Overcast


The Worland Warrior Boys High School Soccer team earned an impressive 2-1 victory over Cody at home last Thursday, April 17 before they started their 4 day Easter break. Jakob Schaeffer punched in a goal to put Worland on top 1-0 in the 14th minute, Zach Ross of Cody found a way to get a goal in the 52nd minute to tie it up at 1-1, but Schaeffer answered back on a beautiful pass from Jacob Lamm....(click play to read more)

The #3 ranked Worland Lady Warrior High School Soccer team fought hard at home against #2 Cody last week, but fell short getting shutout 3-0 on Thursday, April 17 just before their 4 day Easter break began. Emily Hinze picked up goals for the CHS Fillies in the 2nd and 16th minutes, while Sami Heimer knocked in a goal in the 9th minute. The Worland Warrior Girls & Boys High School Track & Field team was off from competing during the 4 day Easter break, but will be back on the Track participating in a meet at Douglas High School this Friday, April 25 starting at 12:30pm. Allison Hampton of Ten Sleep High School did very well at the Burlington Invitational and at the L.A. Kohnke Invite at Powell High School last weekend.
