CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Supreme Court has issued an Order of Interim Suspension for Cody attorney Don Franklin Shreve, Jr.  The Court ordered that Shreve is suspended from the practice of law effective February 10, 2012, pending final resolution of formal disciplinary charges against him. 
 
Pursuant to the Disciplinary Code for the Wyoming State Bar, the Board of Professional Responsibility will conduct a hearing and may make recommendations to the Wyoming Supreme Court with respect to any further action. Shreve is required to give written notice to clients, attorneys and courts in pending matters of his inability to act as an attorney after February 10, 2012.

UPDATE- Don Shreve has said that it is a paperwork dispute over filings that the court claims he did not file, Shreve is stating that he did file the paperwork in question.
