Workouts
Wherever you are and whatever you did this week, effort must increase. If you walked all week, walk faster or for 10 minutes longer. If you are training in a gym, lift more, run more, stretch longer and be stronger.
Food
M1 1 fruit (no bananas) + 1 egg + 1 oz cheese (must be white)
M2 1 apple + 1 raw vegetable + 10 raw nuts (no salt added)
M3 eat in order…1 tbsp honey + 1 green vegetable + 4 oz protein
M4 your pick (small amount and no grains)
M5 1 lemon in water + 1 small orange
M6 (Dinner) Must include a protein (3-5 oz and no fish) + a red or yellow steamed or raw vegetable + a small or half a medium or large sweet potato or yam or red or yellow potato (use 3 red or yellow potatoes if they are only 1 1/4” in length)
Drink your water! Water is the electricity of human internal movement.
Organ teaching
Your eyes, jaw movement, and hand signals are all part of motor movement in the body. What you eat and how well you sleep directly correlates to the speed of all three.
Daily we all use the three body parts above to communicate. Delayed speech, blurred vision, slow hands to work are connected to how we fuel ourselves. Keep it clean people.
Chemicals are everywhere and in everything. That is the way of the world. Keep your focus on clean water and keeping yourself clean by picking foods that energize fast in the body. Natural eating fuels fast. Chemicals kill and interfere with motor movement. Stay clean and work on removing chemicals from your everyday. Do it to better. People are paying attention to what you do.
