“Donut Boy” Thanks Law Enforcement

A young man is traveling the country bringing cops their favorite treats – donuts.
Ten-year-old Florida native Tyler Carach is crossing the country to thank men and women in Law Enforcement with coffee and donuts. For the last two years, his travels have taken him to 37 states, and he has delivered over 70,000 donuts. Today, Tyler is adding Cody, Wyoming to his list of the communities he’s visited to let officers know that they are appreciated.
Tyler’s mission began on August 1, 2016, when he came across four deputies in a local store and purchased them mini donuts with his own allowance money to say thank you for their service. This gesture then sparked his interest to begin a National campaign. He has been featured on several national news and other television programs.
Tyler will be at the Park County Law Enforcement Center from 8 am to 10 am this morning. The baked goods company Entenmann’s is providing Tyler with several thousand donuts as he continues his quest to personally thank law enforcement officials all across the country. Tyler has a Facebook page with the name @IDONUTneedareasontothankacop.
